Big round of applause. Great video. These type of people are so clueless about the world they actually live in. I drive a van. I don't really like it but it's a concession i make so i can have a job i actually do quite like & ultimately provide a lifestyle for me & my family. But trust me when I see a pedestrian, a cyclist, a dog not on a leash, a fucking wild animal for god's sake, in or near the road.... You bet I slow the fuck down & give way to the one with priority, the one with a RIGHT to be there. When you accept a licence from government, you accept to be "a driver", you accept that you are subordinate to government, to government's rules, to everyone else who is going about their business NOT under licence. I understand why people don't understand this, it's counterintuitive, if you've been brainwashed, & most of us have. Driving is a responsibility, a privilege. It's not an entitlement. I rode an og razer kick scooter (the kind with small urethane wheels) for a while. Still might bring it out, I've just been walking lately. For me it's more comfortable than a bike for long distance. Can't go off road with it though, have to walk it across grass, dirt and gravel.

I emailed Gustavo Tolosa on June 2, 2016 expressing my concern regarding Dr. McDougall's declining health because he did not look very well during his webinars at that time. I suggested that he urge Dr. McDougall to consider ramping up his nutritional quality as he aged. Gustavo replied to my email that he would try. Just a few months ago during one of Dr. McDougall's Sunday evening livestreams, I asked how a person's diet should change as they aged for optimal health. Heather read my question and he answered that they would need fewer calories but otherwise they would not need to adjust anything. This disagrees with what Brenda Davis has found in her elderly clients. She offers useful recommendations. As a tribute to Dr. McD, I suggest that someone starts a fast food restaurant called McDougall's that serves dollar meals of rice and beans and other simple fare. Bernarr Macfadden did something similar during the Depression with his Physical Culture restaurants and he fed healthy food to thousands of people.

During the pandemic I went on to receive two Pfizer shots, and I was noticing my health deteriorating rapidly. I became so weak, I couldn't even walk up the stairs anymore, even though up until 2020, I was running 10k almost every day. A few days after I got the second shot, I developed arthritis-like symptoms, hemorrhoids, chronic fatigue syndrome and a low-grade fever that is still bothering me up to this day. My doctor even wanted me to get the booster, but I declined. I've seen so many people passing away too early, and now with Dr. McDougall leaving us this soon, there's no doubt in my mind what is the reason. Boy oh boy, how I wish I wasn't that stupid. He said it was only good for 10%. I'm in Australia, so I was interested, so I looked up this claim which was on the Australian Govts Health Dept website. Sure enough, the 2017 flu vaccine had only just over 10% total efficacy and then waned significantly. Dr Mac was adamant in his vid that this was a scam. So I was blown away when he accepted the covid vax. But he did say that if he didn't have it...he would never be able to visit his grandkids....which is another punishment of the heartless ruling elite who pay no tax, but take all....

I assume Mary had it the same number of times as he did (whether that was zero times or more than that). In the linked video he says he's in favour of immunisation against viruses that are stable and I've seen him say that when patients asked if they should sign up for clinical trials, his answer was NO.

Given his medical background I am astonished, bewildered even, that he would take those experimental drugs on the say so of lesser qualified people and his knowledge of the drug companies corruption.
